My Avernum 4 game is unregistered, and I originally bought it from Big Fish Games. Since I bought it from another site, is the rules for re registering it the same? Do I just need to send the guys an e-mail, or is there something special that needs to be done? If anything, Gemstone Dragon's customer service should learn to adapt itself and learn as much from spiderweb as they can. After messaging someone from the company 4 times for getting the code, you start to learn that some companies are a pain. Its been 2 months and I doubt I will hear from them anytime soon.
