Burgeoning Battle Gamma SapientCrow
Since there is seemingly only one entrance point from any map no matter where you leave it why is there so many exit points... ?
Magnificent Ornk nikki.
A couple of reasons spring to mind, such sa Jeff being kind and allowing us to leave without traipsing across the map, or it being a holdover from Geneforge. There probably isn't one single answer, but I think the one I like best is that it aids in exploration. There are a couple of maps that only open when you cross into them from certain exits - pretty sure the Beast's Wood is like this - so by entering on one side and leaving from another into a new area really creates the impression you're advancing further into enemy territory. Burgeoning Battle Gamma SapientCrow
i like that idea too i also find it annoying that I leave on the southern or eastern and am never able to return to that eastern end so at times I have to scroll the map and just click the destination point and wait since there is nothing else to do
