First of all, I have found a variety of tools that look useful: pickaxes, ropes, shovels and vises to name a few. Do these devices have any use in the game? Also, I am at the part in the game where I am killing wretches for the dragon, Zhethron, and I met the ogre (Oghram if I remember how to spell his name). Oghram is trying to strike a peace deal with me. Should I go for it, tell him that I have to take him to Avadon or tell him that I unfortunately have to kill him? Drake sinks have value but yeah Arcane Scrolls are worthy (not that it matters since player runs out of things to buy before runs out of money at endgame).
