Magnificent Ornk nikki.
If you buy the game from Steam or the App Store, but need a new registration code (for whatever reason), you're best off sending an email to support@spiderwebsoftware.com

Magnificent Ornk nikki.
No worries. Remember to include your order details, and also remember that Jeff is unlikely to know who has ordered off external sites, so there's a chance he won't be able to help you. Good luck, and welcome to Spiderweb. The established greeting is "Please leave your sanity at the door", but judging from your sig, it seems you have that covered. Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
You get a code when you register and depending upon where you buy the game since some distributors use their own registration system. Sharing codes is a violation of the purchase agreement except for your own computers.
Hatchling Cockatrice Alorael at Large
There's a miscommunication from the beginning here. "Registering" means two different things. Registering your demo is the way you unlock it. If you bought it from Steam or the App store, it's registered. Registering a game with a company so that they know you own it is a different process, and it's not one that Spiderweb has. If you need re-registration, Steam or Apple should take care of it—that's what those services are for! If you need support, Spiderweb doesn't care if you own a copy or not, really. —Alorael, who wouldn't be surprised if such a thing came to be. Spiderweb only appeared on Steam about a month ago. This is all new to the company too.
