Articulate Vlish echoes
I have been doing fine up until this opponent. My level 13 characters can't damage him enough from a distance to overcome his healing. I assume we are supposed to do something with the wheels but just reaching the south busted wheel my characters are beat half to death and we get bogged down trying to fight to the north wheel - too easily ensnared. The game has taken a nosedive from fun to frustrating.
Articulate Vlish echoes
I ended up having to crank from hard all the way down to casual to beat this one. Bleh.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
There are some things you can do here. Click to reveal.. 1 - Ninja teleporting by shadowwalkers and/or the translucent scarab to get past the flung demons. 2 - Pin down the demons while one character goes to the wheels using the other party members and summoned pets. You can use up a wand of calling and some of the useless Nicodemus items here. 3 - Pray
Well-Actually War Trall Spidweb
All of our games are very easy early on, but they also all get more difficult. I designed Hard difficulty to be Hard, and Torment difficulty is much worse. If you run into problems on Hard, I would suggest playing on Normal for much of this run-through. I hope the people who always accuse me of making my games too easy remember threads like this one. - Jeff Vogel
Articulate Vlish echoes
This dungeon would have been easier if I had done more side-questing (and leveling up) before heading down into the pits. I think I am paying too much attention to the NPC dialogue and not enough to the map designs. This is my first play through. I picked Hard because A6 was a little too easy for me on Normal. But I think I am more of a Normal guy in Avadon, at least until I get a handle on how I want to train my characters.
Easygoing Eyebeast VCH
Use speed scroll. Send the shaman and Blademaster to the upper wheel. Send the sorceress to the lower one. Don't get bogged down fighting, just move. Turn the upper wheel. Then immediately have the scorceress turn the lower one. The demon attacks you and the imps aren't generated as fast. After this just let the sorceress die, and then resurrect her. She will appear next to your Blademaster and shaman.
