Will someone please tell me how to get in to the NW corner?

I believe you have to go through the maze a certain way so you can go through it and to the NW corner. I can't remember specifics now, so I'll have to go back and replay it.

I thought it might be something like that so I tried a couple of different ways, but no luck. Thanks for replying though, I'll keep at it.

I found the secret way with the lava pit to get past the door that disappears. It's the room beyond with the passage that gets blocked suddenly that I'm having trouble with. If anyone can offer any help that would be cool.

Actually, I did figure it out. It turned out to be simpler than I made it out to be. Even after I saw those maps.

My problem was the order I did things and thinking I had already tried it. I figured out that I had to block the passage before the secret way would open up past the lighting bolt area.
