Tenderfoot Thahd OrbofThralni Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 I plan on registering Exile III: Ruined worled, and I was wondering if it would still be $25. Also, I dont' need the hint booklet I've played the unregistered version many times and I finally would like to register it. Also, I was wondering if the mailing address is still the same? Quote
Garrulous Glaahk Slith Lord Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 If you mean the typical spidweb@... it should work like any other one. Why not? Many people register games trough mailing that way! E3 is a really good choice, but maybe BoE (Blades of Exile) is a bit better. There are many good scenarios out here and you get the Scenario Editor, the Game naturally and the Character Editor at once if you order it on a cd. That´s only about 30$ and very much fun. You´re also able to get the hardest scenarios this way! Edit: Typing errors Quote
Magnificent Ornk Kelandon Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 If that wasn't entirely clear, the answers are yes and yes. Quote
Garrulous Glaahk Slith Lord Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 Thanks for your post, Kel! Now I´m really happy!!! Quote
Garrulous Glaahk Slith Lord Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 You did think what I wrote there, didn´t you!? I really like to give(maybe helpful)advice! Quote
Hatchling Cockatrice Alorael at Large Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 The editors for the Exile games are all free with registration now. —Alorael, who doesn't recall any announcement of that change. It just slipped into the fine print. Quote
Easygoing Eyebeast ben4808 Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 But the hint booklets are not. Quote
Understated Ur-Drakon Tyranicus Posted December 23, 2005 Posted December 23, 2005 You don't really need the hint books though. You can find pretty much everything in the books and more in online walkthroughs and FAQs. I've played and beaten all the Spiderweb games available for Windows without the books. Quote
