  1. And lo, at long last I begin my Let's Play of Geneforge 5. With a two-parter! Great way to start, eh? And yes, I know, similar character choice, but considering I'm going with a No-Cannister run, I think Combat Skills are easiest to deal with. And remember, you can view the previous LPs here, here, here, and here!
  2. And finally, after so long, Geneforge 4 is over, and I have won. Perhaps in a non-canonical way, but I still won. I hope you guys enjoyed G4. Soon... Geneforge 5, my favorite of the series.
  3. At long last, a side is chosen. Rebels or Shapers, who do we join?
  4. Now you must wear the Ornkskin Gauntlets, to truly be your own Lord of the Ornks. ORNKS FOR THE ORNK LORD!!!!
  5. Early Post Due To Two-Parter weeee! We've FINALLY made it into Northforge Citadel. It's endgame here people!
  6. Hopefully these cryodrayks don't get too murderized when this is all over.
  7. A bit tricky here thanks to a cruddy build, but we managed to sneak by at least.
  8. Well. Looks like someone is going down a familiar path.
  9. Man, this is a strong creation, all things considered. I'm starting to think I made a cruddy build...
  10. And I have NO IDEA what this place is meant to be.
  11. Short episode here as we clear out the remaining infiltrators in Burwood.
  12. Early posting as at long last we've made it to Quessa-Uss... and learn what the Drakons are making. My poor throat...
  13. A lot of random stuff done in this episode, mainly, as I try to get the Shapers to trust me more.
  14. Dang cultists, always sticking together. And dang Golems, always being so hard.
  15. Not much to say about this one except "That's a lot of Drakons".
  16. Annoying as these kinds of Pylons can be at times, I kinda like them. And the mines. They're a bit more strategical, providing nice little puzzles to try to figure out to break up the combat and the like.
  17. Geneforge 1 actually does NOT have any followers you can recruit. Geneforge 2 has MANY (Including a Vlish, a Battle Beta, and a RAT. Yes, a RAT.), and usually they either automatically join, or you have to pass a diplomatic check, and you cannot control them, leaving them to the whims of the AI. Geneforge 3 has Alwan and Greta, who join you at the beginning and can follow you throughout the game to the end. Geneforge 4... I've only seen one possible character late in the game, and one part where you can recruit a few for one region. It's been so long since Geneforge 5, I can't really say there.
  18. Turrets! Annoying when they're strategically placed like this.
  19. Made it to our other allies. Now we just need to convince them we can help. Which I admit, I'm concerned I may have gone too far Rebel and the Shapers won't trust us anymore... could that have happened?
  20. I can think of at least two things that Shaper did wrong.
  21. Man, NPCs are really annoying in combat like thi- GET BACK HERE YOU!!!!
  22. An early post today, of a two-parter! We've made it to Derenton Freehold, and it's time to learn all the things from the Rebel side.
  23. Coming up with titles is difficult sometimes... anyway, here we find the third of the infiltrators, in the ruins of a city.
  24. Really short episode today, unfortunately, but hey, I exercize my gazer voice! Weeeeee...
  25. When they said "One Shaper is an army" they weren't kidding...
