Unflappable Drayk Toby-Linn Posted August 19, 2008 Share Posted August 19, 2008 If you mean the Vahnatai town of Ghikra in Upper Avernum, it's open right away, you can go and talk to them and do a quest to recover a statue for one of them. Ghikra empties out and the tunnel opens. —Alorael, who hopes this is the tunnel you mean.
