Kyshakk Koan Hume
I guess most players have found that battle spells dont do damage as said in the manual. So I tested my agnet who has a spell strength above 40. I tried my spells on townfolks since I suppose they have no resistance. I simply averaged the damage done and divide the spell strength. spell damage per level firebolt 3 searer 4 ice spray 5 essence orb 5 kill 6.5 aura of flame 6.5 ps: there is no exponetial return. Some guy named delicious vlish said if you pump your battle magic and spellcraft high, your spell damage increase dramatically. I dont know if what he said is true but this does not exist in pc 1.00 version.
Hatchling Cockatrice Lilith
We did a little test when Geneforge 1 first came out and found that Agents' spells appeared to be significantly more accurate and damaging for Mac users than Windows users. It's possible that these differences still exist in Geneforge 3.
Rotghroth Rhapsody Walter
Maybe he just meant a dramatic increase over only having enough skill to cast the spell in the first place, not an increasing amount per each additional point.
