I have the assassin boots (+2 AP, among other things), and I'm under the encumbrance limit. Sometimes, I start a turn with 9 AP, sometimes I start it with 10AP. By the end, I have the Dreadnaught Boots and the Quicksilver Plate which both are supposed to boost action points, but it is random each turn, much like whether the speed spores kick in Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
