A1: To hit penalties

Do those penalties stack e.g.3 pieces of -5% to hit armor give a total of -15% ?

I find the wording of some guides unclear. Also is there a place where I can see my actual to hit chance for each character ?

The penalties and bonuses when you have them stack.

 

The only way to see the numbers is if you are low enough to miss where the number is shown at the bottom of the screen in the text box.

 

For some games, but not this one, there are topics going into the mechanics with the different base to hit for weapons and spells and what changes them. To hit chances improve with level, weapon or spell skills, and some equipment.
