Well-Actually War Trall BainIhrno
I'm still having trouble finding a working BoE scenario editor for 10.8 - is there any plans to make one? I've tried using the Windows editor on crossover, but it can't find the graphics files, thus meaning I have a blank screen.
Easygoing Eyebeast keira
Assuming Crossover is some sort of Wine analogue, iirc you have to run with the working directory being the boe folder (cd'ing into it and then doing wine ./boe.exe or whatever) been awhile since I did Wine BoE but that error is fixable. Garrulous Glaahk Nephil Thief
Alternatively you can invoke it with 'wine start /unix' instead of just 'wine'. That works on Linux anyway.
Understated Ur-Drakon Celtic Minstrel
The scenario editor compiles for 10.7, but there are two factors that make it not qualify as working - half the dialog boxes haven't been reimplemented yet, and saving is currently impossible (it was disabled due to plans of making a new scenario format because leaving it enabled could've resulted in scenarios compatible with nothing). Maybe I'll find the time to fix all that soon and release a working editor. Until then, I'm afraid you'll have to find a way to get the Windows editor to work. Sorry!
