Garrulous Glaahk Wanderer Posted December 9, 2013 Share Posted December 9, 2013 I've just started the game and I'm trying to leave Avadon for the first time after having briefed Redbeard and otherwise having puttered around the castle getting supplies and talking to folks. However, when I get to the portal, it tells me I can't go until I've briefed Redbeard, and when I go back up to see him he tells me to get lost. Is this a bug or is there something I have forgotten to do? Seems like a good game--I've been playing Spiderweb games now since Exile I, almost 20 years I guess.
