Mouse click issue: Sprites cover a tile above them

The view is angled too low, sprites take up 2 squares, and trying to go to a square above a sprite is extremely difficult, it is likely to skip turn (click own character by accident), go to the wrong place, or attack a friendly...

 

The game should only look at which SQUARE the mouse is pointed at not which sprite.

 

I wish the combat path-finding was better too :(

That's what was meant. If you look in the transcript window, you'll see a warning after the first click.

 

Oh that, ok that does help minimize chances of accidentally skipping turn, although I have still done so.

Worse is when you accidentally move where you didn't intend to and lose the turn (due to nearby enemies or low action points remaining).
