I don't understand how you unlock certain skills exactly, it seems like Jenell has both the requirements necessary for group heal, but group heal is unavailable..can someone explain concisely how new skills are opened, is it by level or what? Thanks, he ended up being surprisingly easy since I went back to an earlier sav and gained levels after finding him difficult the first time around.
