So after training, you up to the Mind and tell him you're done. Right after you click "I have completed the test" you immediately "X" out of it. Just be sure to close the door behind you before you talk to her so she doesn't run off. Once you complete the "Contact Khyryk" quest you'll get experience. If the door behind you is closed she won't leave and you can repeat the dialog again and again. You can do this trick if you're a rebel or shaper, just make sure you don't turn Macallan in before completing the quest.
