Miscellaneous post- identify this game?

I've seen screencaps of this game appear on the internet. I'd like to play it, but I can't tell what it is.

I don't recognize it specifically, but it kind of smacks of a Flash game, as opposed to a full game.

It's Another World, also known as Out of this World.

Hah, I remember that game. I never really liked it, but what a milestone.

I never played it, but its resemblance to Flashback makes it immediately recognizable.

 

—Alorael, who definitely liked that game. It gets kudos for starting a game with amnesia, subtitling the game with a reference to amnesia, and rather quickly alleviating the amnesia.

Thanks for correctly identifying Another World for me. I just played through it. It was fine, but I used a walkthrough. There were a few bits in which I wouldn't have otherwise understood what I missed.

That Northern Isles game sure looks interesting, but it looks like it would take more effort than I would care to put into learning.
