Thanks a lot for this. I don't consider games worth playing if you cannot cheat. This truly makes Avernum 6 just that.

I do enjoy Avernum 6, but I also find the game extremely frustrating, in that pretty much every enemy in the game gets to attack twice! This renders my characters half dead in a single round, and makes the game far too challenging for my taste. And I'm playing on casual! Is this a bug, or just a strange design choice? Is it possible to edit it out somehow? I'd enjoy the game considerably more if enemies only got one attack each - just like my players.
