This is why we don't have Mac vs Windows flame wars anymore.

I'll take that "You" you placed there as "One" in order to not take offence, and keep the rest of this thought to myself.

  2. I'd have thought that this is a subject Jeff would rather avoid, given it is so very controversial. I mean if someone came here and said I don't want to buy any of these games because you freely support gay and transgender rights, would he just tell them to [censor] off?

  3. I haven't actually tried running exile in a while, but this is what I'd try to do:

First try changing the win3.1 color quality (right click desktop screen, click properties/settings, settings tab, color quality). If that's a bust try changing the "machine" line in "dosbox.conf" to "svga_s3", "vga" or "cga". I had a different game where this fixed it.

Also finally got some sleep albeit only 5 hours, I know some of you guys can feel fresh with only 4 but if I don't get my 8 depression sets in hard.

So you're saying I have some sort of genetic disease?
I had pink eye, or to be more exact I got an infected zit on my eyelid, an it was so irritated that it kept feeling as if my eyebrow hairs are tickling it, so I errantly pulled at them. This was a year ago and my eyebrow is still thin (as in dwindled or as in not as thick)
  6. I went with undecided because of the nagging idea in my subconscious that all living creatures are survivalistic in nature and therefore Evil (as current society defines it).

P.S. I'm in a bad mood as I am supposed to be asleep but a certain family member had to watch a movie (with many explosions) loudly and scared my sleepiness away, now I need to figure if payback is due or should I just bare with it for two more weeks before s/he leaves.

  7. Here is a not so interesting yet curious fact:

The human body has four types of external hair:

    1. Scalp hair which grows indefinitely both if cut and if plucked (male hair stops growing after about 20 pluckings is the theory I've heard).

    2. Body hair which grows to a certain length even when cut and regrows the root if plucked.

    3. Eyebrow hair which grows to a certain length and grows back to that (or a similar one) length (or so I've been told) if cut, yet does not regrow if plucked.

    4. An eyelash which grows to a certain length, regrows if plucked yet does not grow to it's original length if cut.

    Very curious, don't you think?
