      Interesting! The method of cooking is sort of like polenta.

       

      It looks good, but I wouldn't be able to try it unfortunately, because I'm sensitive to wheat. One thing I love about south asian cooking (sweets and bread excepted) is how much of it is naturally gluten-free.
