Sorry I'll rephrase my question. Look on the geneforge series forum page. On G1 and G2 you see a link that says "Unoffical Unsupported editor". I'm asking if there is anything like that for G4.

Yes this has been discuessed before, though I don't recall and an actual topic about it. Jeff made it so you can't keep killing creations freshly made by a Spawner/Shaper/anything that shapes. When you get to the fens you'll really see what I'm talking about.

 

Moseh isn't using spawners, hes making them himself. Shapers still don't use spawners.

By replaced, and different effects, do you mean something like daze is now an area affect spell and burning spray is now "infect".

Thanks. I massacred maybe 25 Creations and I got a message. It critized me for slaughtering them. I still want to see if you get same kind of creation, you'll get a message, but its probuly not worth it.

What would be the strongest NPC throught Geneforge. Everything goes, from Trakjov to Eass to Lord Rahul to The Titan

Like G1, G3 has creations endlessly coming out a shaping station(?). In G1, you get a message every time the screen has 7 of the same creations. If I do that with the G3 screen, will I get anything like that?

It is possible, but very unlikely. The Human/Serviles/Drayk a little is the weakest between them, drakons, and shapers.

If the rebellion is divided, then the only hope a faction like that would have is that the drakons and shapers so wraped up in a war between themselves that saboutors could slip behind enemy lines and cause all sorts of mischuf.

Eyebeast. It inhales every creation out there. Its rival is the Ur-Drakon but aura of flames with dexerity a force to be feared. Second is tied between Wingbolts and Rotdzions. Wingbolts are frail but have a devestating attack to almost anything and its the coolist creation. Rotdzions are great meatshields with a ton of health, can throw a second attack, and deal pretty good intiall damage.

Then they would've captured or beheaded the human rebal. It dosen't matter what went there. All that would've mattered is that as soon as it started asking for a peace/Independent creation they would've killed it or imprisoned it. Your missing the point. This is a fight of opnions. I think it would've been better to ask for a peace as the rouges were at their throats and bashing down their gates and when they didn't even know whats attacking them completely. 1-You can't hold it against the rebals to want revenge on the shapers for what they did.

The serviles have a great reason for wanting revenge. They are abused and enslaved for what they are and for wipeing out the serviles on Sucia/Mountians.

The drayks have an even better reason, the shapers tried too exterminate their species because they didn't trust them.

2-The drakons are crazy, no argument there, but they are farily good tactitions. If the shapers didn't blast diplomats heads before they reached the gates(which I find VERY unlikely) the minute that servile or that drayk or that drakon or that gazar who went to negociate, if "What are you orders master" wasen't the first thing they said they would of just killed it on the spot and call it a rogue and forget about it,

 

And, what if they litsened to what it said. Now they had a warning. For instance, Diwaniya would've made that extra turret at San ru's gates. Lord Rahul would've moved those troops into a defensie formation. Shaper Agatha might've kept a closer eye on her serviles. Plus, they had seen what happened to those poor awakened in medab. They were enslaved or killed as there city was razed to the ground.

We know, they knew, the shapers new that negociation was futile.

 

It would be like telling someone your gonna pantz them right before you pantz them. They'll go for their pants instinctivly. Sure you'ed get to pantz them alittle. But your just giving them a "headsup". In the long run you just sped up the process of their retraputions(wingbolts Kyassaks :)and Wartralls

Exactly what kind of goverment do the shapers follow. They have have a council but they never say how a shaper gets the "job".

Do they fit perfectly, no. They fit better than the shapers or the trakovites though.

 

At least half of the rebelion wants freedom. The shapers want things to go back the way they were, even worse than it was. The Trakovites are hippie munky-butt turds who just annoy me every time they speak out against shapeing. You can't take away a science. Its human nature when we want something and we can't have it we just want it more. Shapeing would always continue. Besides, the shaper outsider way of life is so intertwined with shapeing that it would be like trying to take away electricity i this modern era. Ya know what would happen? Even more cival turmoil.

 

Thik about it. No town has ever sworn allegence to the shapers without shaper presence in the town or somewhere close by. Fort kentia in G3 no shapers in the fort but a whole school of shapers was just a little stroll down the road. Fort Wilton had a battalion of SHAPER creations in it. Therile colony swore allegince to the shapers cause they had an army stationed across the river. Every city thrived under shaper agraculture and protection. Outsiders beilive the shapers can fix anything with a wave of their hand. People can't function without the shapers.

 

Now take away electricity(shapeing) and see what hapens. Panics, riots, disorder. Everything starts to fall apart. Without Shapers to guide it, society starts to crumble. No ones on the same side anymore. Everyone goes out on their own, trying to create a civilization for ashes. If your not the apex your dead

 

Thats why I hate the trakovites. We had 2 world wars but that didn't stop us from makeing more weapons. They have one emensly destructive rebbelion and they wanna call it quiets one something thats worked for a little ove a millenia.

 

And the shapers didn't learn anything from this war. Even after all these dead bodies they just got more intolarent of insubordination, more paranoid of people stealing thier secreats and even more strickter of there creations, witch what started this whole mess in the first place.

 

Yes the drakons would replace the shapers but there is a slight chance(if its the trakovite ending) that they might be reasoned with even a little and might just become more like the drayks. Which is a good thing since the drayks are arragent but they are sane enough not to want to rule as the shapers.

 

So unless the two new factions apeal more to my beliefs, I'd be me free and insane before I was sane and not free

The shapers only accepted the help of the servile-PC because the war had worn down and they were desparte to end the war. The second the war ends, there just became even more paranoied of outsiders learning thier secreats and even more cruel to there creations. The shapers haven't changed at the core. Just adjusted temperarely.

 

 

 

As for the post, i would go with the rebal ending. I want the trakovite ending but jeff keeps getting the war more out of hand and more brutal so history shows.....

 

I side with the rebals. I'd rather have a free armaggeden world then a peaceful enslaved one

I think there is no way around it. Akhari does affect the ending. He destroys Dhonals Keep. It looks like you have to let him live to end game.

As for the topic, I think it would of been better to have 6 Geneforges. That way it could be divided into to haves "The birth of the revoulution" and "The Terrestian Rebllion"
But 5 is still a good number to end a serious

This sounds like a stupid idea, but did you just say you killed Rahul and then killed AKAVARIE BLAZE, or did you open up the dialog pharse "We capured Thisss shaper infiltrator boat. Go to Terrisssstia and join the war" and then got the "Go to Terrisstia" quest?

 

 

If you did that and the boat still isn't there, I guess youre out of luck and Akavarie Blaze has to live for the rebal ending

Its going to be on the southern docks of Spear Iland, the one where theirs only 3 or 4 servile guards, south of Bernnie-eoo. At least for the rebal ending, I haven't beaten G3 with the shaper ending yet
