You may have missed a note giving you a hint on how to destroy the portal. Spoilers if you want 'em:

 

 

You have to sabotage the portal and then try to activate it. Go to the portal itself, go right up to one of the crystals around it, and you'll get an option to try to damage it. Once you've done that, go back to the control panel and enter the command words. Enjoy the result; hopefully you're properly prepared for it.

I managed to say the 3 words, got some story about the portal, but what now? i went to portal and is not broken

I got 3 magic words: khali, bestas and vrain

But there is something wrong, cause first one says khali, the second one bestas but the 3rd says khali too

Is this a bug?

You need the Red Conduit lower level area.

The content of the games is exactly the same no matter where you buy them. Your saved games should transfer over just fine as well.
