I have the same experience Hecuba. I had a computer crash and had too start over. It made me go into a spasm attack just thinking of having to do all of the annoying quests over again. That was the end of my Exile career. Little did I know that in a mere three months I would get addicted to Geneforge 2...

on the Tower of Magi where you verse all those Mung Demons and Haaikas I have reloaded somewhere around 63 times. Note, I didn't use the editor and everyone in my party was around level 27.

oh no it happens to you too. I happens to me ALL the time in Exile III. It takes forever to save, and then I have to restart my computer... As for fixing it, the only advice I can give is that don't do things so quickly if you are. Sorry that's all I got.

I tried making a monster in the shape of a Drake Lord with maximum statis. I made it have guard as it's special ability and made it resistant to everything. And guess what? I beat it! Okay so I lied. Sue me.

hmmmm... I like the idea of that. I'd sure like to step out of that scenario with a level 50 singleton holding a flaming sword and a Martyr's Shield. And that's at the minimum of what I'd like.

I played the demo for G1 and it was okay. Then I played the demo for G2 and it blew me straight out of my blue velvet spinny chair and into Nebraska it was so good.

the only idea I can think of is that maybe check sound options. Someone may have muted one of the volume options. If not, sorry.

Is it that when you try a little window comes up saying "A fatal error has occured press ignore or close" and if you press ignore it makes you press close? If so this happened to me and I couldn't fix it. Not having the nerve to ask Jeff for a new code, I had to stop playing Exile.

I have two Exile III games. One on a computer about to be scraped and another on a good computer. My one on the good computer was working fine until I tried transfering data from the bad to the good with a floppy. Now whenever I load my game, which the data from the bad still isnt on, it says an illegal error has occured. What do I do? I WANT TO PLAY EXILE!

You should like them reseting when you get to a level where no one will fight o so mighty you *ahem*
