I have been hauling around 100+ flawed, mined, lovely, and beautiful crystals. I know you need the gems (focusing crystals, emeralds, and rubies) to make stuff, but do any of the crystals have any use? also, i happened to hit fuller a little to hard with a sword after killing the harkins landing dragon..... is there anyplace else to get a good deal/trade with the mined ones? maybe that coward in the exodus basement? I thought I saw somewhere that someone wanted the mined crystals, i just didn't remember who had a better deal for them. There is also someone in Melanchions keep who can make one. You should check the Faq for A5 at GameFaqs, near the bottom it lists the different people who make stuff and what they make.
