She directed me to the commander guy (forget his name) who gave me a shield and sent me out. I then finished the Basha Guards quest, in which I have to get information for Seargent Ciessa. When I returned to Blackchasm she is not in her usual spot, and I can't find her. Where did she go? Cienna stumbles her way in a druken stupor to her new post. Just use the pylon to join her and you can get credit for the Bargha Gates quest. Don't forget to go back to General Redmark to tell him that you learned how to use the pylon. If you bug him for supplies, he'll give you his rusted old shield.
