This version is a sort of best of both worlds between 1.1-2.0 and the versions before the major changes. It's a registered 1.03 with tweaked sprites from 1.1 onward, various graphics from 1.0B, and a revamped UI mimicking Win95. This is experimental so you might run into issues. I haven't tested it as thoroughly as I would like. Then run EXILE.EXE and it should pop up no problem.
