Well-Actually War Trall BainIhrno
I have made enough progress on the Of Good and Evil port that I feel that I am going to finish it eventually. However, I have no idea how to create a .cmg file and I may not have software that allows me to do it that works on my computer anyway. I have a fairly good idea of some of the graphics I want to use, so if anyone would like to help, please let me know. The graphics I intend to use include a splash screen taken from FreeDigitalPhotos.net (with proper credit to the site and photographer), as well as two custom Slith graphics from the scenario "Exodus". There are some graphics that I would like but are not sure exist at the time: Monster: - A Phoenix - Dragon (red) - A Rat Person - Various mushrooms (three different types) - Skull (the item graphic, in monster format) Terrain: - Grass on fire Thanks to anyone who can help. Well-Actually War Trall Ishad Nha
Blazing Blades has a few interesting item graphics along the lines of what you seek in mushrooms. Temporarily at least you could remove the border from a skull item graphic and stick it into a blank monster graphic sheet. Others I don't know about. Tint a BoA dragon red for the time being while you hunt around for something better.
Magnificent Ornk nikki.
Niemand's Graphic Adjustor can be used to make .cmg files, and it's apparently fairly easy to use.
Well-Actually War Trall BainIhrno
Unfortunately, Graphic Adjuster doesn't work on my computer (I'm on 10.8.2)
Easygoing Eyebeast Jerakeen
Once you have the graphics, someone can convert them for you.
Well-Actually War Trall Niemand
BainIhrno: It sounds like you have an old copy. I'm also on 10.8.2 and the version on my website works for me.
Well-Actually War Trall BainIhrno
Thanks. I have a few graphics loaded, but I'll still need to find some BoA graphics to use in other areas.
Well-Actually War Trall Ishad Nha
Many scenarios might have custom graphics but there is no Louvre for storing them... Original Nethergate had a few too but nothing that you need here.
Well-Actually War Trall BainIhrno
I found a graphic using the Adjuster I like for the dragon, but if I enter the value to adjust the graphic (or for that matter, make it two spaces), it seems to affect my other custom monsters as well. I can't find anything in the documentation on why this happens. Thanks.
Well-Actually War Trall Niemand
What do you mean by 'entering the value'? Writing it into your scenario data script? If the next creature definition doesn't use `clear` or `import` then it will inherit all of the properties from the one you edited, causing them to cascade to it and possibly other definitions. Well-Actually War Trall Ishad Nha
If this is the Adjuster not the datascript, it is beyond me, I am on Windows... Nethergate: Resurrection has a Griffon and a Raven, any good for the Phoenix?
Easygoing Eyebeast Enraged Slith
- A Phoenix Use the raven graphic from Nethergate - Dragon (red) Adjust the hue of either the Dragon or Drake graphic - A Rat Person EDIT: Actually, I have something that might be good, I just need to touch it up. - Various mushrooms (three different types) Do the default mushroom graphics not work? - Skull (the item graphic, in monster format) Just copy paste appropriately. Well-Actually War Trall BainIhrno
The mushrooms are monster types (should have made that clearer), I have already found a rat graphic, but I'd still be interested to see yours. EDIT: Hmmm, I can't seem to find the Raven graphic

Well-Actually War Trall Ishad Nha
Raven graphic: 1533.bmp Gryphon graphic: 1649.bmp You could add small eyes and mouth to a mushroom graphic. Adding limbs would require real artistic talent. You could always use limbs from another graphic.
Easygoing Eyebeast Enraged Slith
how does this look so far? nikki.
Well-Actually War Trall BainIhrno
I've already found one to use. That's good, but I didn't realize you went ahead with drawing it. Sorry, I just assumed you decided not to draw it for now. Good work though. It looks better than the one I have, but I don't want to trouble you further. Easygoing Eyebeast Enraged Slith
It's no trouble. Feel free to use whatever you like, I just wound up enjoying making this more than I thought.

Easygoing Eyebeast Enraged Slith
There, it's done. Again, use whatever you want, I just wanted to make this.

Well-Actually War Trall BainIhrno
I think I'll go ahead and use that graphic. Unfortunately, I'm pretty lousy at using painting programs, so when I made a skull into a monster type, I can't align it properly. Can anyone help with this? Also, can anyone make a fire graphic (one that would appear to be set to the ground)?

For the skull, open up an existing creature graphic, paste the skull onto where the creature is in the tile, and then erase whatever is visible of the first creature from behind the skull. Garrulous Glaahk Dark Sniper
Well, how many days are left after you post the scenario in the forums. And have you got all the graphics you need for making the scenario?
Well-Actually War Trall BainIhrno
For graphics, I still need the grass-on-fire and to realign the skull and mushrooms.
