Chittering Clawbug kensuguro
Wrapped in spoiler just in case, wanted to know what was supposed to happen in this segment of the game. Click to reveal.. On the "get back to land" mission, I get to a fake land thing, and then kill everyone, circle back to Sulfras.. did I miss something or was the whole thing just to get to the trap? I felt cheated and beat the hell out of Sulfras, not sure if I was supposed to do that but it sure felt good. It seems like nothing really changes after the whole thing. Maybe I'm supposed to report to Scimitar in Bargha since it's their project? Or there isn't a conclusion to this mission?
Rotghroth Rhapsody The Reverend
It sounds like you didn't go far enough. From that fake land place, if I recall correctly, there is a hidden switch that will open a passage that takes you through some more tunnels and fights until you get to a room where you can't see past one square ahead of yourself. There will be some nasty monsters to fight in there, as well as some more hidden switches to find and some wheels to turn. Eventually once you've found and turned all the wheels you'll fight another nasty monster and be able to exit to the real surface. The game will then give you the option of staying there on the surface, or heading back down to try to complete some of the other final quests. Chittering Clawbug kensuguro
ah, ok thanks. I did turn a bunch of wheels but probably missed some of the switches. I do remember the dark part, it was annoying as hell.
Rotghroth Rhapsody The Reverend
If I remember right, the darkness goes away once you've defeated the last monster - but I'm not sure about that, so don't quote me. In any case, once you've turned all the wheels you should be able to exit that room to the north and find the real surface.
Chittering Clawbug kensuguro
I think the problem was that I flicked a switch and found a warp crystal first for some reason, and once I warped back, I couldn't pass the bridge anymore even if I turned the wheel. I hope I can get back in there somehow.
Understated Ur-Drakon Earth
you can get back there, just leave area and go back, I have gotten fron lvl 30ish to level 41 simply by killing everything at that battle agauin and again and also killed random encounters. Chittering Clawbug kensuguro
oh, nice, those guys keep respawning? I went all the way through so I was kind of running out of things to do.
Understated Ur-Drakon Earth
sorta respawn, I would use term reappear anytime you pull 1 lever except those Giants before last room so free walk from Sulfras's place to north wall of last room in that area (before big stalagmites).
