Tenderfoot Thahd JonA Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 When I went to confront the wretches for Halrik, while I was outside their compound, I was attacked by a bunch of wolves and Hunter Gvarl before Wolfrider Prozz was able to initiate dialog. Then, in the middle of the ensuing battle, when I moved closer to the entrance, he initiated the dialog. Couldn't he see that I was a little busy? - Jon Quote
Tenderfoot Thahd JonA Posted March 15, 2011 Author Posted March 15, 2011 Prozz seemed to be saying that they felt the humans stole this land from the wretches, and so they felt justified in taking the cows. Curious to see if there was a peaceful resolution to this quest, I went back to talk with Halrik. I was expecting him to say something like, "Have you dealt with those wretches yet?" and to have a response option like "Not yet, I'll get right on it." and possibly an option like "They say this land is their land..." But I appear to get his initial dialog. As if we never met. I can't help but feel a little slighted. - Jon Quote
Well-Actually War Trall A less presumptuous name. Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 To get any resolution, you have to work your way through greater dialogue with the wretch before returning to Halrik. There will be options in the wretch dialogue that cue Halrik's response. Quote
