The third is in the Purity Workshop. It's a special item, so you don't have to worry about misplacing them. (Note that the container containing the puresteel in the Prity Workshop is occasionally buggy and won't give you the puresteel. If that should happen, see this post on how to fix it.) Dikiyoba.
