Tenderfoot Thahd wicked Posted June 16, 2009 Share Posted June 16, 2009 in Geneforge 3, i got a girdle of genius in Spharon's lands,that had +2 int,as well as +2 int for creations.but when i create a cryoa & i did not give it 2 int points,since this i got this belt which give it. but i cannot control this cryoa in combat. why does that happen ? Hatchling Cockatrice Lilith Posted June 16, 2009 Share Posted June 16, 2009 For the purpose of controlling creations in combat, only the Intelligence points you actually invest in it with your own Essence count. You still have to give it +2 Int even if it's getting Int bonuses from other sources. The Girdle of Genius is still the best belt in the game for a Shaper, though. Hatchling Cockatrice Men are from Slars Posted June 16, 2009 Share Posted June 16, 2009 I disagree. G3 is the game with messed-up creation level-ups. Vlish are broken, and cheap. There is very little need for expensive creations or large essence reserves, so you are better off with something like the Girdle of Strength, to increase your creations' power as well as your own carrying capacity.
