Fledgling Fyora Shayna Posted March 1, 2009 Share Posted March 1, 2009 I haven't had any trouble with the game demo - except when I'm talking to someone and ask to sell things to them. Most of the time, if I do this, the screen freeze. The sound keeps going, but I can't see anything moving. If I do anything else, like minimize it, the whole game screen goes black. Well-Actually War Trall Spidweb Posted March 1, 2009 Share Posted March 1, 2009 The vast majority of the time, something like this is caused by a corrupted game file. Enter the tech support forum and, at the top, there's a list of things to try. Uninstalling, redownloading, and reinstalling (do all three!) is definitely the place to start. By the way, a bit of friendly advice. When asking for tech support, always give as much information as you can about your system. It seems to happen after the game has been running for a few minutes and often in the middle of conversations.
