If you have a low level creation that has a lot of essence, absorb it, cast an area spell like Essence Shield or as Randomizer said, Augmentation (I think those are ones). Use an essence pod, and reshape the creation.

I do not believe 2 hours is sufficient time to vote. Either way, the votes matter little. It is your decision after all.
