  1. So, I began to raid the cult. I fought the upper worshippers and then some of the enemies below, triggering the wolves that raid from behind. At that point, my spell points were low and my inventory full, so I headed back out and fought the few enemies that spawn near the entrance. Upon returning, the eyebeast or gazer that is in the southwest corner was not there -- even though I did not proceed far enough the first time to see him. The blue chest is empty, and tells me that all that is left inside is the velvet padding. Did this box contain the key to the door leading to the island and now I have missed the chance to access it? This bug would make me lose many hours of gameplay because I don't have a recent save before I left this dungeon the first time to rest.
  2. And this is so petty, but it really is important: I have played every game since Exile 3, and I think I have yet to find a grammatical error, let alone a typo.
  3. I think its a bug. I take fire, cold, poison, etc. like normal, but I take extremely little melee damage. As in, usually no damage at all when hit. I just downloaded the game last week, so it's definitely weird. Takes a lot of the challenge out of the game, and unfortunately I don't have enough spare time to re-download and start over.
  4. Hi all. So, I'm playing through A4 for the first time in a long while, and it's just way too easy. I forgot to set the difficulty when I made my initial characters, so I set it to torment on the preferences screen when starting out. Should be the same, right? Says 'Torment' whenever I go to check my settings. Problem is, most bad guys hit my fighters for 0, 1, or 2 damage. Even mini-bosses, like the Slith Avatar, don't do any melee damage. I am still vulnerable to elemental damage, though. So, is this just the way the game is, or am I not really playing torment? (Amazing how much gameplay improved from A4 to A5 and A6.)
  5. I made 'x' bring up the creation menu, but then I still have to choose the creation, press +, and edit stats. Times 7. I thought there used to be a way around that, but I can't remember it. Guess not. Pressing shift+x doesn't do anything.
  6. Ah poop! Not sure why I thought I remembered that. Thanks.
  7. Sorry, I'm avoiding searching the forums until I've played the game through once, but I seem to recall a command that lets you repeat your last creation, so you don't have to do the same steps 7 times. Is this true? My imagination? WHAT IS IT??? Thank you, my friends. (Isn't it fun playing a new spidweb game?)
