A sudden stink fills the bus... everyone looks around, casting accusing glances every which way... All the meanwhile, Mysterious Man has remained in his seat the entire trip, not saying a word for a very long time. He figures it helps maintain his mysteriousness. A slight grin spreads on his face as the Spidwebber's try to figure out who passed gas.

When less than sober, on a Halloween night in which my friend abandoned me at a party for Wilma from the Flintstones, I walked 10 miles to my vehicle rather than wait for him to wake up, hung over, next to some stone-age hooker.

 

Yabba dabba doo!

*Mysterious Man stirs awake from his drunken slumber... he looks around groggily, vaguely aware that he is on a moving bus*

 

MM: Never drop acid into your beer... why was that elephant made of jelly? Why was it pooping jelly beans?!

 

*After shaking the cobwebs out of his head, he sees some familiar faces...*

 

MM: JENNEKE!? IS THAT YOU? Oh no...

 

*Mysterious Man begins a mad dash toward the bathroom in the back of the bus... he doesn't make it. Along the way, he trips over a foot that was just barely sticking out into the aisle, sending him sprawling onto his face*

 

MM: Jewels... is that you?! Where am I?!

*As the bus pulls into the next stop, there is a lone figure charging at the bus, slightly staggering. He boards the bus, and immediately fills the air in the bus with the stench of booze and tobacco.

 

Mysterious Man: Oh... what the hell!? *staggering drunkenly down the aisle* Did I miss the bus full of strippers and cocaine?! OR DID ONE OF YOU ASSHOLES ROOFIE ME. DON'T SCREW WITH ME, DAMNIT. Oh... gosh... you're pretty....

 

Mysterious Man falls into a seat, his head landing on the female occupying the seat next to him. He's out cold, as a small line of drool begins to dribble down his chin...

 

Mysterious Man: *Loud snoring followed by incoherent mumbling... the words "Strout", "Anama", and "Feranix" being the only things audible during his drunken slumber.*

Oh... my. I'm almost insulted. But not too horribly so. There could be worse things than being Terror's Martyr... albeit, what these things could be are escaping me at the moment. What's become of TM? Is he dead yet? Wasn't he notorious for drunk posting? Which makes this post mildly ironic and amusing, as I believe this is the first time I've perused these forums while in a state of intoxication. Sad, really, considering my track record in the old days.

Looking back, I find it fairly amusing that I was one of the first moderators of these forums at the ripe old age of... 12.
