I'm having the same problem with the scuttler eyes. I've got six and can get no more. I've beaten every gong multiple times, even killed the little guys that are peaced, just in case. I did go upstairs after killing the guy but before killing all the charmed scuttlers. I came back downstairs and wiped them out eventually, but I wonder if somehow two got away? In any event, I can live without the benefits of finishing the quest, but I'd like to clear it off my journal. Any way to do that?

Sorry I was unclear. I have sold my soul to him. I made the deal after already freeing the drake, wandered through Harkin's Landing, wandered through Ahnoria, etc. So far bupkis.

I'm interested now in the significant benefits Gladwell has to offer and I'd like to temporarily sell my soul to him, but I've already freed the drake imprisoned under Harkin's Landing. Does that mean I'll never trigger any of Gladwell's quests? I wandered all through the Anama lands and was never quested to grab their scrolls. I even wiped them out and took the scrolls to Gladwell and he didn't care. It seems that I can't complete or even trigger the first quest and that renders the rest inaccessible. Is that true?

My mage summoned a spiting wyrmikin which hung back out of range of the area effect spells and took down the sentinel in about 10 turns. I never could keep more than three stone servants on my side at once, but the wyrmikin won the battle while I kept the stone servants busy.
