I'm an idiot. I've been thoroughly scouring the northwest section of the inner and outer walls for the past few days, cursing all the way. Thanks for the screenshot. Much chagrined...

The problem is that the suggestions are useless and unhelpful. I've followed those instructions and no switch is revealed. Let's try this another way. Does anyone have a screenshot of the switch, or detailed instructions as to how to get to the fountain?

As I said, I followed the suggestions posted at the links previously given. Does anyone have any additional information which might actually lead to getting to the fountain? Repeating what's on the links is unhelpful.

Killed everything in Tower of Barriers. Talked to Helen and Ellen about drinking from the fountain 3 times. How do I get to the fountain?
