Rotghroth or Drayk?[G5]

I have finally worked up the money to afford Create Rotghroth from Olipha, but I have met a quandary. Should I but Rotghroth, or Drayk, which is slightly cheaper? And I did in fact, ask what Edgar and Ellen would do, but that didn't help.

 

Edit: Rotghroth is higher tier, so I guess I'll go with it.

 

Edit again: I just bought Rotghroth, but I just realized something. My max essence is 250. I want to have 2 creations. That leaves 125 each. Kyshakk costs 125, without any stats! I might have to just make 2 rots. Any better combinations for a team?

It really depends on your play style which one is better. I would say for now go with the Rotghroth, although Drayks are useful with their fairly nice fire damage. Later on, if you are using canisters, try to get the Rotdhizon.

I love rotdhizons, but I've never had one. It's rather pitiful.

—Alorael, who always recommends a save and shape test. Make a drayk, go to an area with enemies, and see how it goes. Then make a rotghroth and do the same. Decide whether the latter is worth the higher cost. It's like testing a Spiderweb Software game, but only a very tiny part of it and with no actual financial transaction involved.

Good idea, but I autosaved, quicksaved, and saved on my main file after I bought Rotghroth and so that wouldn't work anymore. But I got 1000 coins from Alwan, so I'm on my way to enough money for drayk. But I'll probably just improve Rotghroth.
