You can check on the Internet Options choice on the Control Panel. 2. Are you able to download other files? The you might be able to find some sort of anwer in your browser's help file. 3. I took your advice and applied it. I clicked "download" and put some popcorn in the microwave. By the time it was done the download screen was up. It's 7% done so far. Thanks again!
