Garrulous Glaahk wackypanda
How many ways are there to increase stun resistance?
Understated Ur-Drakon The Almighty Doer of Stuff
The best way is to holler, "Don't Tase me, bro!" ĐªгŦĦ Єяŋϊε
Hatchling Cockatrice Mea Tulpa
Stun resistance no longer exists as a separate resistance. Instead, either curse resistance or mental resistance applies, depending on the type of stun. Mental resistance comes easily to spellcasters with high Intelligence. You can also increase it with Ward of Thoughts. Putting points in Resistance (one of the best places to put points, period) will increase both. Easygoing Eyebeast Jerakeen
Minor quibble: Ward of Thoughts actually has no effect on mental resistance. It supposedly gives you an extra chance to resist mental attacks, apart from regular mental resistance (Jeff once said it was 50%, but that was in reference to an earlier game, so it may or may not hold true in CS). I say "supposedly" because I have honestly never noticed a difference. But it's very hard to test.
Hatchling Cockatrice Mea Tulpa
I believe that Ward of Thoughts technically affects your chance to dodge mental attacks rather than to resist them. The end result is the same, though.
Garrulous Glaahk wackypanda
Interesting. Which type of stun is more common overall?
