A6 - 10-cap at higher lvls

Okay, I know that the 10-cap means the effects occur once for each point of the skill from 1-10, once every other point between 11-20, once every third point between 21-30, and so on.

What happens when you get to 40 lvls of a point, it jumps to 5 per skill point but what about that point from 39 (when you get the skill) to 40.

The real question is when the increase kicks in after 29. This is the first game where stats have gone above 30, so it wasn't an issue before. After 29, do the capped increases happen at 33 and 37 and that's it? At 34 and 38 and that's it? 33, 37, 40? Who knows...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but couldn't you increase stats beyond 30 in BoA? I seem to recall my slith pole warrior having a base pole weapons of like 34 after completing Exodus.

I think you're right. To clarify, I really meant the first Geneforge stat engine game with stats above 30. Geneforge 1 is, to the best of my knowledge, the source of all the 10-caps in G1-5 and A4-6, and none of those games go above 30 except A6.
