Tenderfoot Thahd sokre Posted March 14, 2006 Share Posted March 14, 2006 Hi, I've reached testing shade #2 and it says i need to defend myself. Well, i just stand there taking it's cold damage and casting mass heal each turn. After shade drains itself, it says that i didn't take enough damage. I can't kill it either, it can't go below 1 HP. Magnificent Ornk Ephesos Posted March 14, 2006 Share Posted March 14, 2006 Uh... the best advice I can give is "don't shield yourself so much". If you're not taking enough damage, try to take some more. I seem to recall that I did this: -Stow all but one character out of the shade's sight, and thus its range. -Heavily shield that last character (my fighter), and sit them right next to the shade. (I think I used an invulnerability potion) -Wait until the shade is done, and keep healing the one character who's being damaged. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
