Dont attempt Hawthorne without plenty of energy potions, mass heal and mass haste etc scrolls! Awesome part of the game though!

Student of Trinity - The Acupunturists ventured into Craig Levein's hold for vengeance and were obliterated by red antennae shaper bombs on the front door step, fear not

Brilliant just what I needed, thanks Triumph!

Well it were only 5-0, but dont worry - I placed a magical barrier at level 3 around England and hid the spellbook to learn dispel barrier at level 3 in my cellar, so the world is safe!
However, the barrier did not extend to Scotland who will be fuming tonight - beware!

On the subject on punnitry, praise must be given to the late great Tommy Cooper! This guy was so funny that when he had a fatal heart attack during a live sketch the audience laughed their asses off even as he collapsed on stage :s Crazy!

I miss the potionmaking skill! In Avernum 1 + 2 it used to be fun dumping the 'erbs onto your priest, getting nearly destroyed while trapped in a dungeon or crypt and having him/her quickly rustle up some brews to get you kicking again!

What happens if England lose by 7 goals?
Then the tears of Englishmen will surely flood the earth! -
Just to warn you all that England play San Marino, the worst ranked team in europe tommorow in a world cup qualifier.
If England do not win by at least 7 goals the country is going to implode with anger and shock and the swampy mass of fire and destruction will flood the oceans, the sky shall fill with dark clouds, Mountain Dew will taste akin to flambeyed ash and eggnog, and all shall be consumed in acupunctury.
Pray that this heinous event comes not to pass, and lick your toes in hope

Yeah I remember that in Avernum 3! I destroyed Jeff with a firebolt, felt sick with myself afterwards :'(

You are in luck. She is a treasure. Better hold on to her. Girls that tolerate you put game before life is rare these days, let alone one that does it with you.
You certainly are my friend! My fiance is a lovely girl but she cant hide her frustration with my obsession for the Football, luckily I dont think she knows about me rediscovering my inner nerd and joining these forumns again!
YOU AINT SEEN ME, 'RIGHT! -
You should definately try Avernum 2 Death Knight, sections of the world are closed off until you complete important story-driven events. I was the same when I first played Avernum all those years ago and completed the sequel first - Avernum 2 has an awesome plot btw!
Separated from party?
in Avernum Trilogy (2011-2018 Remastered Versions)
