Okay, have moved over to the Steam install and am using the Junk Bag and it hasn't frozen yet. Good advice, thank you. Hoping this fixes it forever.

Well, it happens on clicking an item to sell, so I'm actually taking the risk multiple times per shop visit, alas. ETA: Unless there's some "sell all" junk bag you're referring to that I'm not aware of? How can I access that?

Loving the game, but have had this happen twice now: While in sale dialog, when clicking on a saleable item, the game has FROZEN my computer. Ctrl+Alt+Del doesn't work; I have to do a hard reboot. This has happened while selling in Dunvo (after the Bandit quest) and Silvar (after the sewer quest). I'm running Windows 7 (I think 64 bit, but not sure on that one) off the Avernum disc install. I own but haven't tried the Steam version. I'm running the game in windowed mode. I'm so sad this happens because it's a real booger to have to restart the computer after a hard reset like this; everything complains about not being shut down properly. My computer has sufficient resources for almost anything (a nicely dolled-up Alienware machine), so I'm not sure what's causing this. Thanks!
