...bad pun intended. OK, so I'm fighting Drath and I've got him down past half-health and the game is telling me he wants to escape. Is there any reason NOT to let him escape? Like, is that going to come back to bite me later on?

I'm trying to do the quest given by the Empire representative in Formello to find Kyass. She says he's in the tunnels west of Formello...but I cannot find him to save my life. I've uncovered all of those tunnels and still nothing. What am I missing here?
