Thank you for replying so quickly first of all. In the Central Tower, I have managed to only get to the first floor which has the puzzle of the four wheels and the portcullises linked with them. I did all the four but still have been unable to find a key. I do remember talking to some guy who had the key and had run to save some others too but don't remember where that guy is anymore. This guy was probably either in the first tower which has little access to the basement or the abomination tower which also have couple of floors as well. I do see a room on the first floor of the tower which has cellar stairs but (again) it requires a key No ideas, stumped.

hi all, Newbie here. I got the quest to finish off the Wizard MoritzKiri. I called the lord 'Carl something' and he gave me access to the wizard's side of the tower. I cleaned that part and got access to MoritzKiri's tower on the worldmap. I cleaned the entrance and the two tower, the most extreme left and the central one (northeast and sorta north) but stuck at finding access to the northeast tower. I know about hidden passages and doors with hidden levers. Have used the script to make it slightly more visible. Another question, query how do I open the rooms with runes ? There are few which I'm not able to open. Is it just that my sorcesses just has to level up or something more/else ?
