Hello, I have cleared all areas in the map with the exception of the Mid Shadow rd and killing the eye beast. How in the world do I get to the Storm Plains? I'm just not finding it. And the back door at the Goash-Kel just won't open. I don't get it. I have the quests from Lilitha and from Rawl to go there. Thanks in advance

Is Mert one of his guys? I have the quest but can't even find whiteplains on my map? What am I missing?
