  1. I added 3 points on anatomy through training, so essentially what your saying I need to get anatomy up to 8 in order to unlock lethal blow? that's a lot of skill points! Its currently on 5, so I need a total of 18 skill points to get it to 8, in other words, I need to gain 4 levels. Is there a level cap? If there was, I may not be able to get the levels required to get the points.

  2. I've only added one point on pole weapons but only as it was cheaper to add than melee and wanted to get adrenaline rush.

I currently have 3 points on Anatomy and I just checked the requirements to add the skill (I bought the 3 points), turns out I just need to add two points on Intelligence. Thanks for that.

  3. Hey guys,

The first thing I'd like to get advice on is my warrior, I'd like to get Lethal Blow (I can't figure out comprehensive guide to the skill effect). At the moment the warrior has 7 points on strength, 6 on Blademaster and a total of 13 points on melee/pole weapons.

Secondly, the warrior wields two weapons, would it be worthwhile to add his pole weapons skill for 3k? I don't think so taking into consideration that I think the main battle discipline is Adrenaline Rush.

Third, I have two characters who are wizards and I think that getting Strong Daze and Summon Aid for 3-4k is ridiculous. My question is, could I get that skill for free or cheaper than Gladwell (not sure I got his name right).

fourthly, I keep on adding magic skills for my wizards both on mage spells and spellcraft. When should I stop adding points there and what else is good to add? Bearing in mind that one of my wizards has 13 points in mage spells and 14 on spell craft.

Lastly, there is this quest that is absolutely driving me mad! Nephilim Rogues, I have no idea how I'm supposed to complete this quest. I spoke to a farmer who said I should go south, having done so, I found a mine with a door I can't access. I'm guessing its there where I should go.. everywhere else has been explored and completed successfully.

Any guidance on any of these issues would be very much appreciated.

  4. Hey,

I recently completed the Skribbane Eaters quest and was absolutely surprised when I went to the back room, only to find that there are no items, whatsoever, in any of the chests (I haven't checked one of the chests as it requires tool use 10). This was not the first time in which I was surprised not to find any items in any chest, vase..etc. My players are currently on level 26 and my warrior has had the same two weapons for the past 12 or so levels? Its really getting frustrating!

Moving on, where could I go to to get special potions, ones that require mandrake roots, and where could I go to make a better sword?

Lastly, what does Skribbane actually do?

    Appreciate any assistance and advice.

  5. Hey,

I just finished the game with 4 characters, but I struggled as I didn't have a mage or priest. I had a Berserker, a Soldier, a Rogue and an Archer. The Rogue and Archer were exclusively used as archers.

So its safe to say, I haven't got much experience in as far as spells are concerned as I only use Dispel Barrier throughout the game (played on Hard).

It seems to me that the Berserker is much better than the Soldier especially when it comes to using two swords. I see no need for thrown missiles though.

For the other character, I'm leaning towards a Sorcerer, though I'm considering to not only spend points on mage spells but also on priest. A part of me though prefers to focus the character on mage spells and rely on pots and first aid.

I haven't yet decided whether I'll play on Hard or Torment and would like to know just how high a level my party has to be in each of those difficulty settings in order for the game to be tolerable. Bearing in mind, I do enjoy levelling. So much so, in the game I just completed two of my party were on level 50, whereas the Archer and Rogue were on levels 43.

    Would love to hear suggestions.

  6. Hehe, I hope so too tongue

By the way, I had no idea until now that there was a junk bag tongue

Just one thing, in the quest, Slay the Emperor, there is a part where everyone keeps re-spawning. If I choose the other way, I end up immediately dying. I'm currently looking for a secret passage but assuming there isn't one..how often do the guards...etc keep re-spawning?

  7. Thing is with me, two of my characters are quite weak (Archer and Rogue) and use them exclusively on archery. Whereas my other two characters (Berserker and Soldier) are quite tough. All of whom are offensive players. The Archer and Rogue are on level 42, they evade a lot hits but once their hit they take a lot of damage and don't do enough of it.

The Berserker and Soldier are on level 48 and 47 respectively. Even though I consider them tough, they're not that tough. I pretty much ran out of quests to do and I'm struggling with the Slay the Emperor quest. I went through that quest but find myself taking a lot of damage and essentially needing a lot of pots to stay alive and there are a lot of items there with not enough room in my party's bag and no way of escaping (I believe) till after the Emperor is dead.

Which means, I have to use a lot of pots in order to complete that quest or level up my characters and hope I end up using less. Is this quest, is there a way out without having to defeat the Emperor, if just to sell items and back? Same issue with Avadon and the final fight. A lot of fighting to get through and then you get the final battle, end up running out of pots. Its why I couldn't complete Avadon.

  8. I found Drath to be quite difficult, I managed to defeat him before I realised that there was a secret passage but had to use a substantial amount of pots along with invulnerability potions. Soon after that though I found the secret passage which lead to the invulnerability basin so decided to go through the fight again which is was a great thing as I only needed to use two healing potions.

  9. Hey,

I'm having some difficulty with this quest. I have spoken with Scrab who told me to speak to Asp. But as I spoke to Asp before about this quest, he no longer gives me the information I need and I forgot what he had said. So need guidance as to where I should go in order to get the key needed to proceed. Or at least how I could get Asp to tell me what I need to do again.

Another issue, Grah-Hoth. I have defeated Grah-Hoth, problem is, towards the end I was running low on pots and I decided to escape leaving two skeletons and an explosive demon undefeated. I slightly feel bad for not completing the battle fully. My plan was to come back again to defeat them only to realise that they were gone. I'd like to know whether this affects items dropped or not.

Two of my characters are not very good even though their level is quite high (Archer and Rogue). The thing is, I focused them to be offensive archers and so I never use any spells (except for dispel barrier) and I actually never improved any of my characters spells. 3 of my characters haven't even got a spell energy bar. That said, should I go through the battle again?
