Switching weapons needs to AP based, and characters with ranged weapons equipped should suffer defensive penalty. Because right now "tank" based characters are underpowered.

I used most of Shima's points in dex and some in str. Now he tanks better than my blademaster which kinda defeat the purpose of having a meat shield.

Y u no like melee characters Spiderweb Software? My heavily armored tank does less damage and must be invest in two different stats and armor just to barely compete with Shima, who dodges everything and does insane damage at both range melee. Lets have some tank love in a patch or something.

What is purpose of all the tools, pens, paper, hatchet and all the various junk? Are tools and pens\paper used for something or are they just elaborate junk loot?

This kind of a RPGs isn't as niche as it seems. There are plenty of Fallout and BG fans who are waiting for this kind of game. But most of them will not tolerate this lack of visual polish. The developer really need to dream big and spend more. You have something special here in Avadon, don't let the budget hold you back. At $9 this game is a deal, but the obvious visual compromises left me wanting. I would rather pay more to see the vision for this game fulfilled than pay less and deal with the game's budget short comings.

I'm not asking for Mass Effect here, but I am expecting at least BG or Fallout 2 level of animations and fluff. A paper doll would be nice too. Is it too much ask that my gear actually shows up on my character so I can see a little progression? I'm loving the game so far, I just wish it wasn't so bare bones in terms of visual and polish. I would gladly pay more say $20-30 for this game with improved graphics. Perhaps a DLC maybe.

Whole Window? Why not call it full screen LOL. Anyway, interesting game so far. I love the text based descriptions though the combat can be rather dry without some animations to spice it up.

Ok, I impulse buy this game from Steam since it looks kinda like the old school RPGs that I used to play. But where's the wide screen support? Even after choosing 1080p res the game world seems to be stuck in 4:3 format. What gives?
